Accessibility Statement

Last updated: July 15, 2026

Immigration paperwork is stressful enough without a website that fights you. Pop Immigration is committed to making our product usable by as many people as possible, including people who use assistive technology.

Our standard

We aim to meet the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1, Level AA. This is a commitment we build against, not a certification: we have not yet completed an independent conformance audit, and we say so here rather than claim otherwise.

What we've built for accessibility

  • Contrast-checked palette. Our design system's text colors (deep navy and teal on light surfaces) are chosen for readable contrast, and red is reserved for genuine errors rather than decoration — status is never conveyed by color alone alongside text labels.
  • Keyboard support. Interactive controls are reachable by keyboard, with a visible focus indicator on form fields and controls.
  • Screen-reader labels. Icon-only buttons carry aria-labels, and pages use semantic headings.
  • Responsive layout. Every screen works at mobile and desktop widths without horizontal scrolling of the page.
  • Plain language, in your language. Product copy targets an 8th-grade reading level, and the consumer product is available in 12 languages.

Known limitations

  • We have not completed a full assistive-technology audit across all screens; some complex interactions (document upload flows, multi-step forms) may be harder to navigate than we want them to be.
  • Generated PDFs are U.S. government forms; their accessibility characteristics are set by the government form, not by us.

Tell us what's broken

If any part of Pop Immigration is difficult or impossible for you to use, we want to know and we will work with you to get you what you need — including helping you complete a step through an alternative channel. Contact us by messaging us from your dashboard, or email support@popimmigration.com with "Accessibility" in the subject line. Please describe the page, what you were trying to do, and the assistive technology you use.
