These Terms of Use are an agreement between you and Juke Brands LLC ("Juke Brands," "we," "us"), the operator of Pop Immigration (popimmigration.com). By creating an account or purchasing a plan, you agree to these terms and to our Privacy Policy.
Pop Immigration is self-help software for people preparing their own immigration filings. It provides document checklists, form pre-filling from your answers, document-quality scanning, procedural case roadmaps, and practice tools.
Pop Immigration is not a law firm. We do not provide legal advice, legal representation, or legal opinions. Using Pop Immigration does not create an attorney-client relationship. The information in the product is general procedural information about case types, not advice about your individual situation. You select your own case type; we do not determine your eligibility for any immigration benefit. For advice about your specific facts — especially if your case involves criminal history, prior removals or denials, or unlawful presence — consult a licensed immigration attorney.
You retain ownership of everything you upload and enter. You grant us the limited license needed to operate the service — to store, process, scan, and display your content to you, and to process it with the service providers described in the Privacy Policy. We do not use your case content for advertising, and we do not sell it.
Some features are powered by an AI model (Anthropic's Claude), as described specifically in our Privacy Policy. AI output is a quality-checking and practice aid: it can be wrong, it is not legal advice, and it is never used to determine your eligibility for any benefit. Review AI-flagged suggestions with your own judgment.
The product links to and relies on third parties (Stripe, AWS, SendGrid, Anthropic, and — with disclosure — our sister company Juke Lingo for optional translation and photo services). Their services are governed by their own terms. Links to government resources (uscis.gov, travel.state.gov) are provided for convenience; the official source always controls.
The Pop Immigration software, design, and content (excluding your content and U.S. government forms, which are public documents) belong to Juke Brands LLC. You may not copy, resell, or create derivative products from them. For copyright complaints, see our DMCA / Copyright notice.
You can delete your account at any time from Settings (see the Privacy Policy for what deletion does). We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms, attempt to compromise the platform, or use it unlawfully. If we terminate without cause, we will refund the unused portion of your purchase.
The service is provided "as is" and "as available." We do not warrant that it is error-free or uninterrupted, and — because immigration procedure changes frequently — we do not warrant that any procedural information is current at the moment you read it; official government sources control. We make no promise about the outcome of any immigration filing. No refund or credit constitutes an admission regarding outcome.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Juke Brands LLC's total liability arising out of or relating to the service is limited to the greater of (a) the amount you paid us for the service in the twelve months before the claim or (b) $250. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, including denial or delay of any immigration benefit. This limitation does not apply to claims arising from our gross negligence. Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations, so parts of this section may not apply to you.
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. Before starting any formal proceeding, you agree to contact us and give us 30 days to try to resolve the dispute informally.
Mutual binding arbitration. Any dispute that cannot be resolved informally — whether raised by you or by us — will be resolved by binding individual arbitration administered by the American Arbitration Association under its Consumer Arbitration Rules, rather than in court. The arbitration will be seated in Dallas County, Texas, and may be conducted remotely; the arbitrator's decision may be entered as a judgment in any court with jurisdiction. Either party may instead bring an individual claim in small-claims court if it qualifies, and either party may seek injunctive relief in court for infringement or misuse of intellectual property.
Class-action waiver. You and Juke Brands LLC each agree that disputes will be brought only in an individual capacity, and not as a plaintiff or class member in any purported class, consolidated, or representative proceeding. The arbitrator may not consolidate more than one person's claims. If this waiver is found unenforceable as to a particular claim, that claim (and only that claim) must proceed in the state or federal courts located in Dallas County, Texas.
If we change these terms, we will update the date at the top and, for material changes, notify you by email or in the product before the change takes effect. Continuing to use the service after a change takes effect means you accept the updated terms. The version in effect when you made your purchase governs that purchase.
Questions about these terms: message us from your dashboard, or write to Juke Brands LLC, 10935 Estate Lane, S395, Dallas, Texas 75238, United States.
